Please check that you have filled out your medical questionnaire in its entirety, added photos, have submitted your consultation, and made it to your patient dashboard. If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your package, please give one of our Care Coordinators a call at (408) 596-3376 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please specify during your consultation which medications you are interested in trying. Once you have completed your consultation, your dermatologist will send your prescriptions to your local pharmacy within 24 hours. We do not sell or ship Retin-A from our office.
